Gerber Communications is a principal of Practice Advancement Associates, LLC, (PAA) a professional education company, whose principals are Paul Gerber and Tom Steiner. PAA creates and manages business education programs for health care professionals. PAA developed the Management & Business Academy, which was begun in 2005, and the Optometric Business Academy, which made its debut in 2006.
